I envy you guys! Warren and Scofield really mesh well. These should be fantastic shows!

Didn't Warren say he plans on working with Jon Scofield more in the future? I'd love a ScoMule tour.

ScoMule at Xmas Jam 2013 IMO was one of the best sets of the 2 nights & they appeared to be having a blast! ARU reunion was sweet too. Hopefully, we will get some more soon.

I liked the PLQ set as well. Jimmy Herring's solo of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" in the middle of "The Other One" was sublime.

Gov't Mule set the bar incredible high with a very powerful opening set.

It was a great, great Xmas Jam.

Definitely agree Billy. I did think the Scomule set was the best of the many great sets at that show. I hope to see you there next year.

I'll be attending both shows in Central Park. As soon as I heard Warren was going to be one of the "friends" I was all in. Along with Scofield, this is going to be an amazing show.
Even if you do not have a ticket, you can still come to Central Park. It is a small open air "theater". There will be lots of people hanging out outside. You can still hear the music. If you're in good enough health to climb some rocks, you'll be able to see the band too. The Saturday show starts at 4:30, so if you're in the tri-state area, come on into the city. This is going to be FUN!

I love getting old. Definitely beats the alternative.

Likewise. There are plenty of shows before then. Who knows when folks might meet?

I am jealous of these Central Park shows but the envy will drive me to buy my Lockn' ticket.

Going to both Central Park shows. Not a big fan of Kadlecik, so not going to the Captiol Theatre shows.Plus I usually need a day or two between shows to recoup

Great show last night. Phil and his friends were having a great time as were everybody in attendance. They played for three and a half hours, from 6-7:30, half hour break, then from 8pm-10pm. Phil told the crowd that Central Park has a very strict curfew policy. The show HAD to end by 10pm. The band made the most of the allotted time.......

Nice. And the early finish meant Warren had time to get out and play some more.

great venue for Phil. One of the happiest groups of fans I've ever hung with was what I encountered last night in Central Park. Older crowd, mostly male just letting loose after work, with some beer and a great band.
