Just in time for Christmas!

Not as cool as the 'Jam for Duane' shirts, and they gop to some private person. How about a really cool Duane shirt that goes to help Duane's event??
How many you gettin drummy? then again, I guess you, like some others here, dont support Duane anymore.

Yeah, and YOU are the reason alot of folks don't support the "Jam for Brent" any more.
I have volunteered my time and have saved the Jam several years, by either being one of the only bands that showed up, or by being one of the jammers who could help carry the jam by knowing all the material. And you never as much as thanked me.
And what about the time I was supposed to be performing with your imaginary band the Skydogs and only found out I was bumped from the gig by checking in on this forum. You didn't even have the decency to tell me in person. Skydogs is just whoever you can get that will still play with you.

You talk big here but I think you know why no one is suporting this event any more. It's NOT about Duane.

And I was always a Gregg fan anyhow....

Both shirts are at the local head shop for $20. However, I have a problem with the authenticity of the second shirt, the Atlantic Sessions one. Shouldn't Duane be playing a strat if this is to correctly depict the Atlantic Sessions? I am assuming that this is his session work at Muscle Schoals for Artetha, King Curtis, etc. Duane didn't use a LP till the Brothers. Of course I could be mistalken as to what Atlantic Sessions means ...

baha, it's a t-shirt. You either like them or not. Buy it, or don't read the thread? and Jam for Duane is obviously losing some of it's credits. Oh well, how many more things are there out there to keep Duane's name alive. K? and seriously once again it's a t-shirt, it's not about who supports Duane more? A shirt doesn't show your support for Duane. Playing his music keeps his name alive. A shirt doesn't show anything.

Duane played a '59 Les Paul in the HourGlass. There's a photo of him playing it somewhere in here.

Ann, that's the one Duane borrowed from Johnny's friend, right?

Thanks Ann and BDOB, but the question is and still remains:

1. What does Atlantic Sessions T-shirt mean?
2. If it is referring to Duane as a Muscle Shoals session guitarist, then to be an accurate representaion Duane should be playing a strat. Yes or No?

Would love for the experts to chime in. Everybody loves Duane. And would love to represent ... but be accurate because we're all AR (I know I am.) If we're not truth seekers then any ol' bootleg will do. Si?

That's the one. I didn't know until recently that my brother had first chance to purchase that guitar but my dad wouldn't let him have the $150 or $200 it was going for so Tommy bought it. My brother is still ticked off to this day that he didn't get it. However, if he had, Duane would never have had a chance to permanently 'borrow' the guitar from Tommy.

I have no idea about the Atlantic sessions....I was only responding that Duane played a LP in the HourGlass before the ABB. Other than that, I have no idea what he played when.
