I love electricity. I would enjoy a half - acoustic / half electric evening.

Black Crowes did some of this on their last tour
Rolling Stones a la Stripped
The Who - Pete is a great acoustic player
Page / Plant unplugged again?

Peter Gabriel unplugged with Mike Rutherford, Steve Hackett, and Tony Banks on acoustic 12-string

Wilco

I'd like to see Eric Clapton do a full acoustic tour. He was awesome on MTV Unplugged. Tom Petty would be another good one.
