Don't like the way they had to piss on this guy's grave and make it sound like he was some kind of criminal for a few marijuana related arrests. They also try to make it sound like marijuana is behind this guy's overdose. I can guarantee that this guy did not overdose on marijuana. You can smoke marijuana until the cows come home and you will never overdose. Pass out maybe, overdose no!

Sucks that more people don't indulge in marijuana instead of killing themselves with heavy drugs. Some people would rather get hammered than just get a mellow high and relax. My 10 years younger than me brother fell into that category and died of an overdose in 1996 at the age of 22. Glad I gravitated to the pot crowd and only dabbled with small amounts of hard drugs and didn't like them otherwise I may have met the same fate.

Sad, I agree.

I read the article and it really played up the marijuana angle. Didn't talk about what substance it could have been until near the end, and by that time they had spotlighted pot a bunch of times.

Then they quote the detective as saying "apparent overdose". Which is not what the headline said. Probably was an OD, but still, weird reporting for sure.

I read the article and posted on the web site. Really poor reporting. I'm guessing whoever wrote it would like to get rid of the Gathering of the Vibes.
