NOT!!!!!!!! Now his wife has found out what kind of scum bag this a-hole is. I predict Karma will bite this douche bag in the ass just as it did with OJ and he will end up behind bars eventually. If they let this thug keep his gun license after this then they are crazy!!!!!

I wonder if Georgie Boy thought his wife and father in law were doing something suspicious when he threatened them with his fire arm. Sounds like someone who wouldn't hesitate to pull his fire arm on someone if he is willing to threaten his own family members with it. Quite the upstanding citizen that everyone tried to portray this thug as.

According to the wife's phone call Zimmerman crushed her i-pad and punched her father in the nose. Sounds like the non aggressive nice guy everyone was explaining Zimmerman as during his trial. There is no way that Zimmerman the nice responsible shy guy would have instigated or threatened Martin the thug right??? Just didn't make sense right??? LOL! But he would threaten and assault his actual family members????? I think this guy pulled the wool over a lot of gullible people's heads and now more than ever I believe that Zimmerman was the one who instigated the physical confrontation between him and Martin. This guy is very brave with his fire arm at his side and like I have said all along is the poster boy for someone who should never be allowed to carry a gun around.

The estranged wife doesn't want to press charges now, but her 911 call is revealing. I'm not sure but believe Florida law is not dependent upon the estranged wife's choice.

The allegations are predictable given what we learned in his recent trial. If the allegations are true, it just reinforces that he's a hot head with a finger on the trigger - the perfect example of someone who shouldn't be allowed to carry a gun. I believe he also had a knife.

Let us see if the cat has 9 lives and can escape again. He has documented history of problems.

This whole story screams The Politics of Divorce. If Zimmerman had truly done anything, the Police would have hauled him to jail. Regardless of whether of not his wife wanted charges filed or not.

Is he or isn't he walking the streets?

Does or doesn't domestic violence laws dictate that if an officer believes that something happen, he (the law enforcement official)has to take the offender to jail? Regardless of the other parties intention of filing charges.

But of course I wouldn't expect you to understand such things as laws and facts, as you have yet to demonstrate the ability to do so..

You extrapolated all of that from a statement of part opinion and part fact. Kind of a idiotic assumption to make if you ask me, but to each his on.

Now as is usually the case the more details that come out the less of a mountain it really is. When are people going to learn to wait on the whole store to come out....Oh who am I kidding, it's so much easier to knee jerk and much more dramatic.

Karma might just bite you in the ass if you aren't careful there, Princess... I'm no big fan of the Creepy Ass Cracker, but you and your apparent law degree have proclaimed him guilty every time I look at one of your posts. As well, someone who believes in Karma really shouldn't be calling other people names - 4 names in one post particularly.

Just sucks ending up reading all of your negativity all the time....

No, my friend. It was purely a satirical post. Sorry that you didn't pick up on that. Maybe you're reading too deeply. Next time I post something on the serious side, I'll be sure to inform you up front.

I'm assuming you meant to say "to each his own" as opposed to "to each his on". But hey, maybe that's just an "idiotic assumption".

Perhaps next time you leave out someone else quote in your satirical post. Then there would be no chance of someone misinterpreting your intent. But thanks for pointing out a misspelled word, saved me a lot of sleepless nights.

That's correct. It's a fallacy that the wife must press charges because that makes no difference. If the State has a case they run him in, lock him up and give him a court date.

Even though both cases resulted in loss of life, the two cases are totally different. Simpson premeditated that murder and there was no self-defense dynamic to his case.

Good post. I would add that jumping to conclusions and presuming someone guilty without the facts only puts karma on Zimmerman's side, if you believe in that sort of thing.

If anything, it appears that karma is on Ziimmerman's side - not working against him.

The police did take him in for questioning. His father-in-law owns the home where this happened and turned surveillance tapes over to the police. Charges can still be filed after they complete their investigation.

There is a huge difference between questioning and filing charges and being thrown in a cell to be arraigned and either being given bail or remanded for trial.

I don't understand your point. He was taken to the police station in St. Mary's where there are interrogation rooms and holding cells. You said the police would have taken him to jail if he had done anything. They did. Just trying to stick to facts.

My point is the same as it was in my original post, I suspect that this was a case of someone blowing something out of portion. Which is not unusual in divorce's, happens all the time. Then I said had the police felt that Zimmerman had committed a criminal act that fell under the domestic violence laws (which are very broad), they would have arrested George Zimmerman and placed him in jail. With or with out his ex filing charges. That did not happen...

True. He would have been held, probably for at least 24 hours and would have had to post bail.

Big difference between that scenario and just being brought in for questioning.
