I saw Mr. Die Hard play with the Brothers at the Beacon in '06. He plays harmonica (sort of). I would say Bruce is to harmonica playing what Hasselhoff is to the world of popular music....Stick with the acting!!

You may want to try out his classic CD:

thought so.

they had Tom Johnson sing with them some years ago - it was kind of weird.

he wore a red blazer at Shoreline Ampitheater.

Actually, Steven Seagal is not bad. I bought his Mojo Priest CD expecting to be disappointed, but it's pretty good.

I have that one, it is surprisingly good.

I would also suggest the latest Chuck Norris CD.

"Wasted Days and Wasted Nights", a Texas Ranger's tribute to Freddie Fender

Langman, did you mean to type Don Johnson? Seems like I remember some pics in the media gallery w/ Don Johnson. Also remember some with Steven Segal too.

I thought Chuck Norris's last CD was a single of "Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting".

I was at the Beacon show when Bruce played. He's no Topper Price, but I've heard worse.

I have that Beacon show with Bruce on Harp and its OK, pretty good set list that night.

He's from Jersey so he has the Cajones to get up on stage with the ABB.

He played the Cornell DuPree show yesterday and played well. Sounds like a bluesman playing harp. Good enough for me. Apparently, good enough for brother Gregg as well.

I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with Bruce's harmonica playing. I think he is melodic and has a great sense of dynamics. Knows when to lay back and knows when to let it rip. A-list actor or not ...he can straight up play.

They addressed that in the Playboy article...

It sounds like a Mission Impossible movie more than a John McClain movie. I think I'll pass.

Hey Devon - good to see you post!

I wish I was there last night and I must say I was impressed when Bruce sat in with the Bros in '06 as well.

See ya on the road,

JNB

Sounds like a John McCain movie more than a John McClane movie.

I was gonna say that one of the alltime funniest moments on TV was one of the times Bruce was a guest on the Letterman show. His appearances with Dave are always marked by putting together something a little extra funny for the occasion, at least with clothing or wigs, sometimes film clips, but this was the tops.

It was when Bruce had just gotten divorced, or was at least publicly estranged, from Demi Moore, and she had just come out in that movie where she's a Vegas stripper. So, during Bruce's Letterman appearance, when it comes time to run a clip from his latest film, you see a runway and a pole, with a couple guys sitting around, and ZZ Top's "LaGrange" just where the quieter part gives way to that drum break and then the full-bore boogie. Through a shredded gold-foil curtain at right, Bruce comes onto the runway, with wig and teeny metallic gold bikini, bopping like an hyper stripper to "LaGrange."

Hilarious as all get out. Of course, it's way incongruous for Bruce's then very buff bod to be squeezed into a little bikini, and his facial expressions and the way he quickly ran through several stripper cliches were incredible. A great, insane stripper parody and really with the music! Plus, of course, an awesome shot at Demi. The show's rerun it a few times during Bruce's subsequent appearances.
