Hey Everybody. There are a few tickets left for this show at our shop in NEw Freedom, PA (seats sixty five). If anyone wants tickets they are $25. It starts at 7 pm & there is a pot luck dinner at intermission & the performers do a meet & greet. There will be a few of us peachheads in attendance.

If you want to come give me a call at 717-235-7465. Here is a youtube clip of Frank & Robinella

Hey Brian,
Sure wish I could make it...I've been lovin' the videos you've been sending. Jammed with some bluegrassers not long ago who were as well versed in Django as they were Bill Monroe. I've been working hard on b/g mandolin lately, hope to one day turn my attention to the Gypsy side. Great stuff!

Peace,
Kevin

Wish you could be here too Kevin. Oh, I failed to mention that Frank is the new guitarist in the David Grisman Quintet. And Robinella is a regular at the Grand Ole Opry.

I am sure the tickets will go. I was just hoping that some of the friends around here may be enticed.

Frank is a hell of a guitarist, and well-schooled on the newgrass-sswing, Django side of things. He put out some great albums with Mark O'Connor, and will kick some ass with Griz. Robinella is a sweetheart with a sweet voice. SHould be good. Derek

Derek, I knew you would know this stuff. Too bad you can't make it. These concerts are a lot of fun.

Cool. I just listed Frank in TopDroog's new thread right before I noticed this thread. Hope to see Frank play with this outfit someday. Didn't know he was doing the bluegrass thing.
I've seen the Frank and Joe Show 3 times in the past 4 years & Frank & this band delivered big time each time! Anyone seen that band?

Hey Michael, Come on up. We have one ticket left. If you need a place to stay we have room at my house.

Rumor has it that Jimmy Goudreau from the Tony Rice Unit may be playing with them tonight. If not [playing he is definitely going to be in attendance. Man, I love living in Pennsylvania! You wouldn't belive who I have met as a result of working in this shop.

here's a clip from right here in our shop

Tell me this doesn't remind you of Instrumental Illness a bit?

Peace~! Brian

Thanks for the very gracious offer, Brian. It turns out that I'm now seeing two local bands here tonight (and probably sitting in with each for a song or three), and then have a bunch of stuff to take care of tomorrow before work resumes on Monday.
Again, thank you very much, though.
