| I just relized I didn't post MY favorite Wanee '08 moments. The jams! Oh the jams were so much fun! Especially with Brent, Lefty and John saturday. You can get to know someone so much from playing with them. Seeing everyone at Helens Hilton was so good for my spirit. Lana and Oteils prayer session lifted my spirit so much. And on top of my list...Lefty and the golf cart! He knows what i'm talking about! "Pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?" Oh and I swear to everything that if I laugh any harder when I hang out with BDOB and Bludad, I am going to need breathing treatments! ____________________

Lefty and Lee Ann stopped by on their way back to Bama on Sunday to say hello and give me a brief update on how everything went at Wanee. Needless to say, it only made me wish I could have come down even more! Sounds like a great time, and that Helen's Hilton was once again in full bloom (as if anyone expected anything different!)
To all of you who sent your love to me and who got to sign the BIG card - thanks! To all who made music at the campsites, I wish I could have heard it all and played along at times, too. To all who played music on the big stages, I am quite sure that what I have read made it seem like one amazing weekend, and with such a variety of artists to give everyone a little something to enjoy.
To my dear friends at HTN - I know you gusy were swamped, and I wish I could have been there to help out, but I hear you had some good help. Man, do I ever owe all of you a huge debt when I get back to work soon!
Most of all, I'm glad that the family we share here got to be together for a few days, to laugh and sing and play and be silly and love each other. I missed you all, and thought about you all weekend. Thanks for the prayers you sent my way on Saturday, and for all the prayers that you send to so many people in need. I am sure that Matt, GA, and all the others who needed some love felt it all this weekend. As soneone likes to say, "y'all are a great bunch!"
Be safe, have a great week, and thank you again for all the love you share with all of us.
