28 Apr - Paris L'Olympia
30 Apr - Brussels Ancienne Belgique

29 Apr - Colossaal, Aschaffenburg, Germany
30 Apr - Lagerhaus, Bremen, Germany
01 May - Piano, Dortmund, Germany
02 May - Bluegarage, Isernhagen, Germany

So much for being a cool couple!!

Blackberry Smoke don't break a lot of new ground, do they? It could be a good night though.

We're off to see Zervas & Pepper tomorrow night. Bit of alt country/west coast/singer songwriter ish stuff. Nice harmonies and the guitar player looks like a young James Taylor.

Medeski, Martin & Wood + Nels Clin of Wilco at Under The Bridge on 6 April.

Not for me - saw them in 2011 and thought they were boring. Medeski's electronic keyboard warblings were particularly irritating.

Emmylou Harris (with Daniel Lanois)- Colston Hall, Bristol - May 27 - can't find any more dates at the moment, but sure there will be more as it's in support of a 3-disc reissue of Wrecking Ball (which is a glaring omission in my collection, so I'll be buying it) Original CD, CD of out-takes and DVD of making of. Out in April.

On sale tomorrow.

oops. Well I think the Royal Southern Brotherhood might do a better job of filling the SBE. They've had more interest from the music press then the Warren Haynes Band did.

Well I've heard RSB on Daytime Radio 2, but never heard WHB or Mule or TTB apart from on Paul Jones. Anyway It's Isbell you need to go and see! He was superb at Thekla in Bristol a couple of months ago. Other "regional" RSB dates -

Jun 22 Sun Cleethorpes Blues Festival
Jun 23 Mon The Grand At Clitheroe (BB7 2DL)
Jun 24 Tue Cardiff The Globe

Other Isbell dates -

17 May 2014 Glasgow, UK Oran Mor
19 May 2014 Newcastle, UK The Cluny
20 May 2014 Leeds, UK The Brudenell Social Club
21 May 2014 Manchester, UK Gorilla

Not sure about that, it was barely half full at Under The Bridge last year & that only holds 750!

Yes, and I wasn't that impressed either.

Spoilt for me by the many young City-types chatting at the back (I know you were up front).

I need to get a ticket for Moe before I get caught by a sell-out! Blackberry Smoke sold out.
