Some things get buried on youtube, and you have to really dig for them!

In the VINES - section circulates a DVD "Jammys 2002 Roseland Ballroom NY. DVD video".
The disc includes 17 Min. from the Robert Randolph set with Derek Trucks. Hope that`s from
the show you`re searching for.

This is available. I along with Haisija posted it on YouTube. Funny that no one mentions just how awful John Mayer is playing with Derek and Robert Randolph on this disc. Otherwise a good jam though. And there is also some ABB footage on this disc as well.

I took that as Derek covering for him freezing. Everyone except Mayer seems to be taking their cues from Robert Randolph. He's barely hanging on.

I am actually with Wannabe here, as much as I hate to say it, Mayer isn't really lagging behind that bad. I think Derek just kinda stepped on his toes a little. Maybe Derek didn't hear Robert's cue. Or maybe Derek just felt like stealing his thunder!

My honest bet, is that some kind of order was established in soundcheck/rehersal.
