The voices tell me that the Lefty Collins Band will be playing at the Grey Bar - Hwy 280 near Joe's Crab Shack TONIGHT! It'd be great to see a bunch of y'all there!

Ah....same band that played the VIP area for the ABB show at Oak Mtn.

I'm going to assume it's 5 miles going away from B'ham....no directions on the site.

What time's kickoff? Might have to see a man about a horse.

I've extended invites to a few buds who do not post on this site. Maybe we could throw something on the grill before the show. Bup, did you say something about a horse?

Great hospitality at the Blythe home, as always. First exposure to Duke Robillard's music--
worth the trip alone. Spent the afternoon playing Santa Anita with Coach Meyer, didn't part with any $$.

Great show by the guys. Nice crowd too, at $7 a head. Management seemed well pleased too.

Now let me say this....I assume a lot of what we heard was a dress rehearsal for NYC.
I heard some new stuff, new ways of doing stuff. And the band will be a MAJOR hit in NY. I can see the smiles, hear the raised voices, from here.
